Nuvvula Karam

Inspired by traditional Andhra-style Nuvvula Karam, a sesame-based podi commonly served with rice, ghee, idli, and dosa.

Spicy, nutty, earthy, and aromatic with roasted sesame flavour. Best enjoyed with hot rice, ghee, idli, dosa, or South Indian snacks.

Best consumed within 2–3 months. Store in a clean, dry, airtight container. Keep away from moisture and always use a dry spoon.
