Refund policy

Products that are bought from the Physical Stores can’t be returned.  

For Online Orders, MithaiCana pledges to deliver your order in a timely manner with quality packaging. Before placing your purchase, please let us know if you are allergic to any ingredients or food items. We do not ship on public holidays. 

If your order has an issue upon arrival, please contact us within (7) days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange. You will receive your refund amount in the same account or card that was used to place the order. 

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and some more additional charges.
