How far in advance should I place a party/event order?

We recommend placing your party/event order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability and adequate preparation time. For larger or more elaborate orders, additional lead time may be beneficial.

Do you accept same-day orders for a party/event?

Depends on order size and complexity.

Can I make any changes to my order after it has been place?

Yes, you may, only if it is 24 hours in advance. Talk to us at +91-9686677888/7349088999.

Do caterings need to be paid in advance?

Yes. Please pay in advance.

In the Store(s)

Is advance booking required for availing valet parking?

No. Drop in anytime within the business hours.  

Why is there no seating arrangement inside the store?

Because of limited space only standing space is provided. Standing only arrangement makes it practical for us to cater to all customers effectively. Some of our upcoming stores will have limited seating capacity.

What is the design center inside the store supposed to do?

It’s a private space for one-on-one discussion for corporate events, private parties and weddings. Customize and personalize your events and gifts in consultation with our design expert.

What time do you accept the last order?

15 mins prior to the store closure.

Is the live station for jalebi and chaat open throughout the business hour?

No. The live station is closed half an hour prior to the store closure. We also provide Live Chaat and Jalebi Station for Corp Events and Private Caterings.

Wedding

Do you have special gift collection for wedding?

Yes. Please Contact our Director - Events at the store.

For any bulk orders, place an order 48 hours in advance.

Can you customize my order for wedding events?

Yes, share your theme and we will customize your order.

Yes. Please pay in advance. 

Corporate Bulk Orders/Small Events

Where do you discuss corporate bulk order requirements?

Anytime within the business hours at our design center. It’s a private, one-on-one space.

Is advanced booking required for corporate bulk orders?

Yes. At least 48 hours in advance.

Do corporate orders need to be paid in advance?

Yes, the payment should be made in full.

Products

What is the shelf life of your desserts?

Depends on products. 1-3 days. Dairy Products have short shelf life.

Are the products delivered via Zomato, Swiggy and other delivery partners as fresh as the one at the store?

We don’t differentiate between the store walk-ins and delivery partners. Our products are always fresh.

Do your products follow the quality standards set for the Food and Beverages industry in India?

Yes, also, our products are FSSAI-certified.

What’s the shelf life of MAP products?

Depends on the product. Can vary from 15 Days to 45 Days. It would be mentioned in box label.

How do you ensure the authenticity of products?

Our products are prepared by regional chefs who have decades of experience. We use high quality ingredients. Our products are prepared in a world class central kitchen using best practices laid out by our culinary Team.
