Malai Ghevar

Malai Ghevar is a traditional sweet from Jaipur, Rajasthan. It is especially popular during festivals such as Teej and Raksha Bandhan.

A crispy, honeycomb-textured Ghevar soaked in sugar syrup and topped with rich, creamy malai. It offers a delicious combination of crisp, soft and creamy textures, finished with aromatic cardamom, saffron and dry fruits.

Best consumed within 2 days from the date of preparation.

Keep refrigerated in an airtight container. Remove it from the refrigerator around 10–15 minutes before serving. Do not keep it at room temperature for long, as it contains fresh milk and malai.

Refined wheat flour (maida), ghee, milk, sugar, malai or rabri, cardamom, saffron and assorted dry fruits.
