Kobbari Karam

Inspired by traditional Andhra-style Kobbari Karam, a coconut-based podi commonly served with rice, ghee, idli, and dosa.

Spicy, nutty, aromatic, and rich with roasted coconut flavour. Best enjoyed with hot rice, ghee, idli, dosa, or South Indian snacks.

Best consumed within 2–3 months. Store in a clean, dry, airtight container. Keep away from moisture and always use a dry spoon.
