Kandi Podi

Inspired by traditional Andhra-style groundnut podi, commonly used as a flavourful side powder in South Indian meals.

Spicy, nutty, aromatic, and rich with roasted groundnut flavour. Best enjoyed with hot rice, ghee, idli, dosa, or snacks.

Best consumed within 2–3 months. Store in a clean, dry, airtight container. Keep away from moisture and always use a dry spoon.
