Avisagnjala Karam

Inspired by traditional Telugu / Andhra-style Avisaginjala Karam Podi, commonly made with flax seeds and spices.

Spicy, nutty, aromatic, and earthy with traditional Andhra-style podi flavour. Best enjoyed with hot rice, ghee, idli, dosa, or snacks.

Best consumed within 2–3 months. Store in a clean, dry, airtight container. Keep away from moisture and always use a dry spoon.
