Anarkali

Anarkali is a premium North Indian–inspired sweet known for its regal presentation and rich dry-fruit composition. Named after the legendary Mughal-era courtesan Anarkali, the sweet reflects royal elegance and craftsmanship. Such intricately layered and decorated mithais gained prominence in royal kitchens and later became a hallmark of luxury sweet shops, often prepared for weddings, festivals, and special celebrations.
